We love our cars and the club and want it to last for a long time. Because of this and the fact that we are not Hertz, there is a process to becoming a member before you can hire our cars. This is because we like to get to know who is driving our cars. There are two reasons for this;
- There is a social aspect to the club which we are very keen to promote. We want everyone who joins the club and drives our cars to be people who like cars, love driving and appreciate what we are doing. We are not expensive but we are choosy!
- Security. We like to know who you are, where you live, why you are joining us. Most importantly we love to hear about what you drive now and your car history. The club is not a cheap way of renting a fast car and thrashing it round Tesco’s car park on a Saturday night. So, if this is why you want to join us, unlucky, it’s not going to happen….
The more you tell us about yourself the better. We want to know about you and why you want to join, what car you like the most and what you would like to see in the club. We want to meet you eventually and talk cars over a coffee. If you aren’t this kind of person then the club isn’t for you.
Ultimately we will reject membership applications from anyone we feel isn’t suitable.
You only have to apply once and when you become a member that’s it, so take your time with the application.
